We DO NOT accept any returns for tanning lotions, sprays, foams, moisturizers etc. This is to safeguard the health and safety of our valueable customers.
You know that you will not receive a returned product that could harm your health and safety.
Hey! This isn’t the Product I Ordered!
It’s rare that we make a mistake but if we do, don’t open the item you received. Simply send it back to us for a full refund including all shipping costs and we’ll immediately send you the right product.
Can I Return an Opened Bottle?
Because of health and safety reasons, if you open a bottle, it can’t be returned. Please double check all orders before placing them and again when you receive them before opening them. If you have any doubts or questions, please ask us before placing your order.
Oops! I Gave You The Wrong Address!
It’s essential that you double check your address before placing your order. If we send your order to the wrong address and it’s returned or refused, we have to charge you a 20% restocking fee. You’ll also be liable for additional shipping fees for the delivery and the return.
My Delivery Has Been Damaged
We offer our sincerest apology. Please email us at email@example.com immediately. We will send you an RMA so you can return the damaged product. After it’s received and processed, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

USPS insurance policy, all boxes have a $50.00 insurance FREE, please make contact with your local post office if the product was damaged in transit.
